These Terms of Service govern the use of MurdaSoft Studio website and the services we provide to clients.

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web development, Telegram bots, automation, integrations, and related consulting services. Specific terms are agreed in project proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, timely feedback, access to necessary accounts, and materials required for project completion.
4. Payments
Payment terms are defined in each proposal. Deposits may be required before work begins. Late payments may delay delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, custom work is transferred to the client. We retain the right to use generic components and techniques across projects.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
